Major Twitter Developer Leaves for BankSimple

The developer of the Twitter API is leaving the company in order to work at a new online back called BankSimple.

As he tweets today and writes on his personal blog, Payne has quit Twitter to join the social banking startup BankSimple as a co-founder. More on that in a second. First, a little bit more about Payne�s time at Twitter, and his departure.

I looked at BankSimple and it seems like a pretty interesting service. I'm waiting until I see if they will give you a higher interest rate on savings or give you a better rate on CDs. Also they have a bevy of free services like Free Bill pay and free checking. I also want to see if they reimburse ATM charges as well.
